Advisor to the Turkish President, Hakan Fidan, praised today, Friday, Iraq's efforts to deliver aid to those affected by earthquakes.
A statement by the Ministry of Defense, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "Defense Minister Thabet Muhammad Saeed Al-Abbasi met with the Turkish President's advisor for intelligence affairs, Hakan Fidan, on the sidelines of his Excellency's visit to the Republic of Turkey.".
The statement added, "During the meeting, they discussed ways of joint cooperation between Iraq and Turkey, especially in the intelligence aspect and information exchange.
He indicated that" Hakan praised during the meeting Iraq's efforts in delivering aid to those affected by the earthquakes that struck Turkey last month.
