Zidan discusses with French ambassador the invitation extended to him to visit Paris

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council SJC, Faiq Zidan, discussed Wednesday, with the French Ambassador to Iraq, Eric Chevalier, an invitation extended to him to visit Paris.

A statement by the SJC, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated, "The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, received today the French ambassador to Iraq, Eric Chevalier."

The statement added, "The meeting discussed the invitation addressed to the President of the Supreme Judicial Council to visit Paris and sign a memorandum of understanding with the National School of the Judiciary in France."
