International media reported that 6.3 magnitude earthquake had occurred and was felt by the residents of Lebanon, Syria and Antakya, southern Turkey.
The Seismic Monitoring Center in Syria reported that an earthquake of 6.3 magnitudes on the Richter scale had occurred in Iskenderun at 20:04 local time.
The Turkish media announced that new damage had occurred after the recent earthquake in the region and that the sound of buildings collapsing was heard in the Turkish city of Antakya.
The Turkish agency, AFAD, reported that the earthquake had a magnitude of 6.4 and struck Hatay, southern Turkey.
