Al-Sudani meets Ero in the 59th Munich Security Conference

Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani met at his residence in Munich, Germany, with the Executive Director of the International Crisis Group, Dr Comfort Ero, on the sidelines of his participation in the 59th Munich Security Conference.

A statement by the Prime Minister's Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the meeting witnessed discussion of strengthening international partnerships to confront various global economic and security challenges and crises, as well as problems of climate change, and joint action to address them and mitigate their effects."
The statement added, "Al-Sudani extended an invitation to the Executive Director of the International Crisis Group to visit Iraq."
