The Iranian judicial delegation visit SJC

    The Supreme Judicial Council(SJC) and the Iranian judicial delegation discussed on Tuesday,  completing the talks and the agreed procedures.

    A statement of SJC, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the Iranian judicial delegation visited SJC and met with judges and members of the Public Prosecutor, members of the committee concerned with discussions with Iran," noting that "during the meeting, the completion of Negotiations and procedures agreed upon between the two sides."

    The statement added that "the meeting was attended on the Iraqi side by the head of the Babylon Appeal Court, Judge Muslim Meteb, and a number of judicial supervisors and members of the public prosecution, and on the Iranian side, Kazem Gharibabadi the Vice-President of the Judiciary in Iran, the Iranian ambassador Muhammad Al Sadiq, and the head of the General Authority for Prisons and Measures Precautionary and educational, Ghala Maali Mohammadi, and the judicial advisor to the assistant for international affairs and the Human Rights Commission, Ahmed Reza Rashidi."
