The coach of our national team, Jesus Casas, confirmed that Iraq dominated most of the course of its match with Oman and had the desire to win.

Casas said in a press conference after the match, which was attended by a reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the match was difficult, and Oman is a great team, and this is evident on the field, and I think that Iraq dominated most of the course of the match, and there were many chances and a desire to win.".

He added, "In general, I am satisfied with the performance, with the national team entering the style I want, and we will continue to work to reach what we aspire to, and our goal is to provide a good performance in the tournament in preparation for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers."
