National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Araji discussed with the head of the National Security Agency, Hamid Al-Shatri, today, Tuesday, the efforts exerted in pursuing criminal gangs and the file of electronic extortion.
Al-Araji said in a tweet received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We discussed with the head of the National Security Agency, Hamid Al-Shatri, the efforts made to pursue criminal gangs, and the issue of electronic extortion, and we stressed the importance of prosecuting the perpetrators of these crimes, and preserving the security and safety of citizens."
He added, "Our security services will spare no effort to miss the opportunity for those who disturb the security of the state and the citizen."
