Three brothers arrested in Baghdad: SMC

Security Media Cell SMC announced on Thursday the arrest of three brothers for being terrorists in Baghdad.

A statement by the cell, which was received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency in the Ministry of Interior, during two separate operations managed to arrest three terrorist brothers wanted in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 / terrorism, because of their affiliation to terrorist Daesh gangs under the nicknames (Abu Azzam, Abu Muhammad, and Abu Hajar).

The statement added, "The arrest process took place after the formation of a specialized work team from the intelligence agency, and through preliminary investigations, they admitted that they belonged to terrorist gangs and participated in several terrorist operations against the security forces and citizens," noting that "necessary legal procedures were taken for them.”
