Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani expressed the government's great appreciation for consolidating societal coexistence among the people.
 
The media office of the Prime Minister said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani received, today, His Beatitude the Chaldean Patriarch in Iraq and the world Cardinal Louis Raphael Sako and his accompanying delegation."
 
During the meeting, Al-Sudani expressed "the government's appreciation and the great importance given to the consolidation of societal coexistence among the components of the Iraqi people, which is the pillar of civil peace, and the basis of constructive citizenship that supports the security of Iraqis and the stability of their living and social conditions."
 
Al-Sudani expressed his assessment of "the role of the Iraqi Christian in representing the cultural heritage and historical communication of the people of Iraq, and his high assessment of the diversity of Iraqi society," directing "to facilitate and follow up on issues related to a number of needs and files that were raised during the meeting."
