Dhi Qar team crowned Iraq's junior volleyball championship

The Dhi Qar national team crowned the Iraqi junior national team championship, which was held at the People's Hall in Baghdad, beating the Anbar national team in the final, while Basra came third and Diwaniyah came fourth, respectively.

The tournament organizer, Silwan Francis, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the tournament included 13 teams from all over Iraq, and the aim of its establishment is to maintain communication, cooperation and friendship between the emerging players, as well as to develop their technical capabilities and try to bring them to the world.

" He added, "There are plans to establish Next year's tournament in the holy Karbala, provided that the tournament is repeated annually in every province of Iraq.
