Defense Minister visits the Land Forces HQ

Defense Minister Juma Inad Saadoun visited on Monday the headquarters of the Iraqi Land Forces.
The Ministry of Defense said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that," Defense Minister visited the Land Forces Command, and was received by the Commander of the Land Forces and a number of senior officers in the Ministry of Defense.”
“Upon his arrival, the minster held an expanded conference for the leaders of the Iraqi army to discuss the latest developments, as he issued a number of directives regarding combat readiness, focusing on military discipline and training, focusing on caution and developing modern plans to give no opportunity for the terrorist cells," the statement added.
