Defense Minister arrives in Bulgaria

Defense Minister Juma Inad Saadoun arrived Wednesday, in the Republic of Bulgaria, to attend the Security and Defense Exhibition for 2022.
 
A statement by the Ministry of Defense, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "Defense Minister Juma Inad Saadoun arrived in the Republic of Bulgaria, responding to the official invitation he received from his Bulgarian counterpart Dragomir Zakov, to attend the 2022 Security and Defense Exhibition, which was opened under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev," noting that "the Bulgarian Defense Minister received Inad”.
 
The statement added, "The Iraqi ambassador to Sofia, Lina Jalal Omar accompanied the minister on his visit," noting that "the visit will include holding a number of meetings with officials in the Republic of Bulgaria, to discuss issues of common interest between the Republics of Iraq and Bulgaria."
