National Security arrests 12 terrorists in Kirkuk and Nineveh

The National Security Agency arrested 12 terrorists in Kirkuk and Nineveh governorates. 

The Security Media Cell stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "based on accurate intelligence information, the National Security Agency detachments in Kirkuk were able to carry out a qualitative and surprising operation in separate areas of the province, which resulted in the arrest of 7 terrorists belonging to ISIS gangs.

Arrest warrants were issued against them in accordance with the provisions of Article (4 / terrorism) for carrying out terrorist attacks against the security forces in the governorates (Diyala, Salah al-Din and Kirkuk)." .

"the national security detachments in Nineveh Governorate managed, with an intelligence effort, to overthrow (5) ISIS terrorist elements in separate areas of Nineveh Governorate, including a prominent leader working in training terrorist elements."
