Iraqi ambassador to Germany, Luqman Al-Faili stressed on Monday, that Iraq is still in a transitional stage, and the west should understand its position on the Russian-Ukrainian war.
"We will work with the German side in determining the various fields, sectors and what German companies can do," said the Iraqi ambassador to Germany, Luqman Al-Faili, in a symposium on Iraqi-German relations, challenges and opportunities, attended by the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
He stressed the need to "have the best relations between Iraq and Germany, their strategic directions and cooperation in the health aspect, such as the production of German medicine in Iraq," calling for "working together on economic, educational, health and tourism development."
"The Germans should come to Iraq because we have many archaeological areas and they have many scientists as they are Iraq's partners in discoveries," he noted.
