PMF appreciates Al-Sadr's stance

   The Popular Mobilization  Forces announced in a statement, its full appreciation for the calls for calm and the cessation of armed violence launched by His Eminence Muqtada al-Sadr this afternoon, and at the same time calls for the establishment of security and the implementation of national duties in accordance with the law and constitution.

The statement continued, " PMF reassured the Iraqi people that its fighters are still continuing to perform their sacred duty in pursuing remnants of terrorist organizations in various sectors of operations, and it was able, at the height of the events that the country witnessed during the hours, to achieve a new security achievement and dealing a painful blow to the terrorist organization of ISIS remnants in Nineveh Governorate, which we will provide you with details of later."
