UAE praises the role of the Iraqi government and its measures in the calm

The UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, praised today, Tuesday, the role of the Iraqi government and its measures in calming the situation.
And the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement, that "Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein received today a phone call from the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and during the call, they discussed the government's efforts in confronting the challenges the Iraqi arena is witnessing.
Sheikh Al Nahyan expressed, according to the statement, "the solidarity of the United Arab Emirates with the Iraqi people," praising the role of the Iraqi government and its measures in calming, to reach solutions that guarantee Iraq's security and stability.
In his turn, Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein expressed his gratitude to his Emirati counterpart, and the UAE's standing by the Iraqi people in the recent events, stressing "the need to develop relations between Iraq and the UAE to ensure the achievement of the interests of the two peoples."
