Al-Amiri: Al-Sadr's initiative is courageous and deserves appreciation and praise

The leader of Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the initiative of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, is courageous and worthy of praise and appreciation.

Al-Amiri said in a statement "Muqtada Al-Sadr's initiative to put an end to armed violence is a brave initiative that deserves appreciation and praise, and it came at a critical moment in which the enemies are betting on expanding the state of fighting between brothers."

He added: "We strongly support what was stated in this initiative," calling on "everyone to follow the example of Muqtada al-Sadr with similar steps to end bloodshed and eliminating strife."

Al-Amiri called for "the cooperation of all national forces in order to recover the effects of the crisis and move forward to get out of the political dilemma, for which our patient people are paying the price."
