Moscow: No direct talks between Putin and Zelensky

Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations in Geneva ruled out direct talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Zelensky.

"There will be no direct talks between Putin and Zelensky, we do not see the possibility of a diplomatic solution in Ukraine and we expect a long conflict," he said.
