The Ministry of Defense (MOD) announced on Monday, a campaign to rehabilitate the drones used to monitor ISIS movements.
A statement by the MOD, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the Minister of Defense, Jumaa Enad Saadoun, attended the celebration of the completion, rehabilitation and repair of armed drones type (CH4), which was set up by the Army Aviation Command, with the self-efforts of its members."
The statement added, "The campaign came for the purpose of using these drones to monitor the whereabouts of ISIS terrorist gangs and their sleeper cells, and launch strikes against them."
