The United Nations Mission in Iraq calls for stop escalation

The United Nations Mission in Iraq called, today, Saturday, for a halt to the escalation.
A statement by the United Nations mission received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the ongoing escalation is extremely worrying, and that voices of reason and wisdom are necessary to prevent further violence and encourage all actors to stop the escalation for the benefit of all Iraqis."
