Iraq, Saudi Arabia sign a memorandum of understanding for reconstruction of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital

Iraq and Saudi Arabia signed Monday a memorandum of understanding for the reconstruction of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital by the Saudi Fund for Development.

The reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said, "A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Finance and the Saudi Fund for Development, to finance the project to restore the parts affected by the fire of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital in Baghdad."

 He added, "The grant is provided by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," noting that "the Iraqi ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Abdul Sattar Hadi Al-Janabi, signed on behalf of the Iraqi side."
