A security delegation headed by Al-Shammari arrives in Khanaqin

The Joint Operations Command (JOC) announced Today, Sunday, the arrival of a security delegation to Khanaqin district.

"A security delegation headed by the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari and the commander of the ground forces arrived to the Joint Coordination Center in Khanaqin," noting that "the delegation held a joint meeting with the leaders at Peshmerga, the commander of Diyala operations and the commander of the Tuz Khurmatu headquarters", JOC said in statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

The statement pointed out that the meeting resulted in an understanding on a number of points related to the security of the areas of joint security concern within Diyala and Tuz Khurmatu Operations Sector.
