Sayyed Al-Sader directs Sadrist bloc MPs to write their resignation letter from Parliament

    The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, directed on Thursday, the deputies of the Sadrist bloc to write the resignation from Parliament, noting that the country's reform will not be achieved without a national majority government.

    Sayyed Al-Sadr said in a speech that was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), " I am not seeking for or interested in any form of political power, I am the son of Najaf and Hananah district, and I am the son of Mohammad al-Sadr who rejected injustice and humiliation, and I am the one who faced the occupation, and I am the one who is calling for reform." 


    “If the Sadrist movement existence is hindering the formation of the government, all the members of the Sadrist bloc are ready to resign, "he added. 
     
    "My dears in the Sadrist bloc shall write their resignation letter, should be submitted once they are instructed to do so in the upcoming days,"
