The activities of Iraqi-Turkish Economic Forum to enhance partnership between the companies of the two countries kicked off on Monday, in Kirkuk.
"After the spread of the Corona pandemic, most companies and investors relied on mediation means at work, which caused a rise in many goods that burdened Kirkuk citizens," said the first deputy of the Kirkuk Chamber of Commerce, Nuri Al-Salihi, to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), noting that “we are working for direct meeting between all and partnership in work,”
He added that "the aim of this forum is to strengthen bonds of cooperation between Iraqi and Turkish companies in a way that serves the citizen in the province in obtaining goods at the lowest possible price,”
Turkish companies welcomed the idea that serves everyone in facilitating trade between the two countries while strengthening Iraqi economy, added Al-Salihi.
