Defense Minister: The Security Exhibition will allow Military industry Corporation to conclude contracts

Defense Minister Jumaa Inad clarified Sunday the importance of the Security and Defense Exhibition in developing armaments capabilities, while noting that the exhibition will open the door for the Military industry Corporation to conclude contracts and agreements.

Inad told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The benefit of holding the Security and Defense Exhibition in its tenth session is to see the productions of countries through the companies participating in the exhibition."

Inad added, "The Military Industry Corporation was formed, and it needs coordination and cooperation with countries of the world, and through this exhibition we can obtain agreements and contracts with many companies, in order to develop the corporation ."

He stressed, "The armed forces, especially the Ministry of Defense, will be the beneficiary."
