INA - BAGHDAD Parliament member Alya Naseef considered the choice of a candidate by the political compromise for the Prime Minister position is a breach to the constitutional article that granys the right of choosing the PM by the biggest bloc. "It's quite clear what the constitutional article say in terms of allowing the president, the candidate of the biggest bloc to form the government. Hence, to choose a candidate by political compromise will breach the constitutional Article and leads to form a government of coalitions," Naseef said to INA. She also explained that a government of coalition in the political terms means a weak government and unable to face the challenges that the country is undergoing unless to have a supportive bloc with it.
