The Federal Court issued today, Tuesday, a ruling that the oil and gas law in the Kurdistan Regional Government is unconstitutional.
The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said that "The Federal Court ruled that the oil and gas law in the Kurdistan Regional Government is unconstitutional."
He added that “The Federal Court decided to oblige KRG to hand over oil to the federal government."
It is noteworthy that the Federal Court held, earlier today, a hearing of the case (59 federal) regarding the export of oil in Kurdistan region outside the approval of the federal government.
