Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein confirmed today, Sunday, that the presence of ISIS negatively affects the security of the region and Iraq.
Hussein said in a press conference after the meeting of Syria's neighboring countries, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "fighting ISIS requires regional and international support," adding that "fighting the terrorist ISIS is our duty."
Hussein added that "stability in Syria requires opening dialogue with the various components in the country."
He continued: "The exchange of information between Syria's neighboring countries is very important to fight the terrorist ISIS," explaining that "the presence of ISIS negatively affects the security of the region and Iraq."
