Magnitude 4.2 Earthquake hits Wassit, Iraq

INA - Baghdad Iraqi Meteorological Organization & Seismology stated that an magnitude 4.2 earthquake hits Wassit on Monday at around 1:17:53 am, 8 KM east of Jassan and 53 KM north of Kut. It was felt by locals in Badra and Jassan districts, but no reports of damage or causalities have been recorded.
