the International Football Association (FIFA) announced the final list of candidates for the "The Best" award presented to the best player in the world during 2021.
The International Federation will announce the name of the winner of the Best Award "The Best" on January 17th.
The final list, revealed by former German star Sami Khedira through the "FIFA" account on YouTube, included Bayern Munich and Poland striker Robert Lewandowski, the captain of the Argentine national team and Paris Saint-Germain player Lionel Messi, and the star of Liverpool and the Egyptian team, Mohamed Salah.
Lewandowski led his team Bayern Munich, to win the German League title, and broke the record for the best scorer in the history of the Bundesliga in one season, which was registered in the name of Bayern legend Gerd Muller.
Messi also led the Argentine national team to win the Copa America 2021, and with Barcelona he won the King's Cup, before moving to Paris Saint-Germain.
