Salih: We urgently need a serious stand that establishes a capable state

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, affirmed, today, Friday, that today we are in dire need of a serious stand that establishes a capable state.
Salih said in a tweet to him, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We congratulate our Christian people by the glorious Christmas of Christ, and we affirm our support for Christians who have suffered from the effects of extremism and terrorism, and their brothers from the other components have shared their suffering."
He added, "Today, we desperately need a serious stand that establishes a capable state and good governance that upholds the principle of citizenship and protects rights and peaceful coexistence."
