    The Border Ports Commission (BPC) announced Today, Saturday, the arrest of a terrorist after trying to enter the port of Umm Qasr.
     
    BPC said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "Through a qualitative operation based on accurate information, the forces of the Southern Directorate of Umm Qasr Port was able to arrest one member of ISIS terrorist gangs, after forming a working team under the follow-up of the port director and headed by the port's intelligence officer and The commander of the Port Protection Force, after checking the information that included the terrorist's name in the wanted database.
     
    The statement added that "The process of arresting the terrorist took place when he entered the port with a tanker wheel," noting that "legal measures were taken against him and handed over to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal and investigative procedures against him."
