INA-Baghdad Nineveh Provincial Council announced on Sunday the return of about 130 displaced Shabak families to their home areas in the Nineveh Plain. Council president, Mr. Bahshar Al-Kiki, , informed the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that the displaced families returned from the Kurdistan region to Bartilla district and the Al-Ghader residential complex once security and basic services were restored to the Plain. Mr. Kiki added: ‘The families dispersed over to their old areas after the completion of reconstruction work in their houses.’
