Eight civilians were killed and wounded Tuesday in a bombing in central Basra province.
"An unidentified explosion took place in the center of the province, killing four civilians and wounding four others," Basra governor Asaad al-Aidani said in an audio recording obtained by the Iraqi news agency INA.
