Tunisia to host conference on Arab Police and Security Leaders next Wed.

    The 45th Conference of Arab Police and Security Leaders is to be kicked off in Tunisia next Wednesday, to discuss means to enhance pan-Arab cooperation in the field of security.
     
    “Under the high patronage of President Qais Saeed, President of the Republic of Tunisia, Tawfiq Sharaf El-Din, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Tunisia, will be inaugurated on Wednesday morning 8th, Dec, 2021, in Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Hall for conferences at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers in Tunis, the 45th Conference of Arab Police and Security Leaders,” according to a statement by the General Secretariat stated, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
     
    The opening session will be attended by Muhammad bin Ali Koman, Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, and the human rights team, Mahdi Hadi Ali Al-Fkeiki, Advisor to the Minister of Interior in the Republic of Iraq and President of the Conference.
     
    “The conference will be attended by senior security officials in various Arab countries, as well as representatives from the League of Arab States, the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), the Counter-Terrorism Project in the Middle East and North Africa, and Naif Arab University for Security Sciences as well as, the Arab Sports Federation for Police,” included the statement.
