Al-Hadithi: MOCH operates new water plant in Basra next month

INA-Baghdad 'Trial operation of Hartha water plant in Basra would begin early next month, by Ministry of Construction and Housing' Saad Al-Hadithi spokesman of the government told INA. The project would produce 200,000 cubic meters daily of water and meet 40% of the province's needs, he said. This water plant was supposed to begin work in August, but Japanese experts left the project because security conditions, as government's efforts succeed in bringing them back to the project, he said.
