Ammar al-Hakim said on Sunday that opportunities are possible and promising to improve Iraq's living, service and economic conditions.
“Al-Hakim met with the jurist Hussein Ismail al-Sadr and discussed the political and social public affairs, as well as the nature of the changes witnessed at the stage and the results of the recent elections and the nature of the confusion it left behind," Al-Hakim media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA). "
"Iraqi society looks forward to improve its living, service and economic conditions, and opportunities are possible and promising if the leaders come up with a spirit of renunciation to Iraq, and prevailing the public interest," al-Hakim said. "
He also pointed out "The role of the religious institution in addressing social problems and we have held all social actors responsible for cooperating with the religious institution to address these problems.”
