Professor Peter Chumakov, a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, said he advocates compulsory vaccination, and strongly criticized opponents of vaccination against the Corona virus.

According to this Russian scientist, opponents of vaccination offer absurd arguments to justify their refusal. He pointed out that the support of some doctors for these rejectionists only exacerbates the situation.

“I think those who are resistant to vaccination now will be grateful if they are forced to vaccinate,” the scientist added.

According to him, the Delta strain is currently spreading fiercely in the country, and to combat it it is necessary to vaccinate up to 80% of the population. If this is not achieved, further mutations of the virus will begin to spread, which will require the vaccination of up to 90% of Russians.
