MOWR reveals the content of the MOU ratified by the Turkish President

INA - BAGHDAD

Minister of Water Resources - MOWR, Mahdi Rashid Al-Hamdani revealed on Saturday, the content of the memorandum of understanding ratified by the Turkish President.

“The visit of the Minister of Water Resources, Al-Hamdani to Turkey, resulted in the Turkish President's ratification of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries, which the government succeeded in activating,” according to a statement by the ministry, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

The memorandum of understanding included the commitment of Iraq neighboring country Turkey to release fair and equitable water for Iraq to the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, included the statement.
