A decrease in the number of COVID infections in Iraq

    The Ministry of Health and the Environment announced, on Thursday, the daily epidemiological situation of the pandemic in the corona across the country.

    The ministry stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that it "recorded 5073 new infections with the Corona virus, while 7,644 people recovered from the disease."

    The statement added, "The new deaths from corona reached 51 cases throughout the country's governorates," noting that "the number of people who received the vaccine within 24 hours reached 101,388."

    Yesterday, Iraq recorded 5,405 cases of corona, with 62 deaths.
