The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) ordered on Monday, to close all the unlicensed and illegal clinics, as well as banning on those who do not hold an authorized license from the union to practice the profession.
According to the statement of SJC that received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), “The Supreme Judicial Council held a meeting, chaired by the Chief of the Federal Court of Cassation, Faiq Zidan. The meeting witnessed approving the promotion for a number of judges were approved for promotion and a number, in addition to the approval of the formations in certain federal appeals presidencies as proposed by the Presidency of Appeal, the transfer and assignment of a number of judges and prosecutors have also been confirmed, on the basis of public interest. "
