The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, has identified the reasons for his movement's participation in the upcoming elections.
Al-Sadr said in a tweet to him, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Sunday, that "our presence in the parliament or the government will be a prelude to reform.".
He added: "Our absence in Parliament and the government is a shot of mercy at the heart of reform."
