Ministry of Health decided on Monday, to space the time between the two Pfizer doses used to vaccinate against Coronavirus.
According to a document obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) and signed by the technical agent in charge of administrative and financial powers, Hani Al-Uqabi, the health increased the period between the two doses from 3 weeks to 8 weeks, provided that the order is applied as of September 1, 2021.
The document indicated that the second dose of the vaccine will continue to be given to those who have previous appointments prior to the first of September.
