UAE Energy Minister, Suhail Al Mazrouei, confirmed on Saturday, that Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership is an important step on the path to Iraq's return to its regional and international surroundings.

"The international presence in the conference expresses Iraq's support, and the conference is an important step on the path to Iraq's return between its regional and international surroundings,” said Al-Mazrouei in his speech during Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

He added, "UAE stands by Iraq and looks at Baghdad conference with great interest," stressing that "supporting Iraq is a permanent position by UAE,”
