INA - Baghdad Prime Minister Haider Abadi forwarded to the Ministries of Defence and Transportation to provide a pack of water tanks to transport potable water as he forwarded to the Minister of Oil in terms of fuel aids. Abadi also forwarded to the concerned governmental associations to support the campaigns that provide potable water to Basra. He regarded to offer support to the 'Joint Efforts Cell' formed by al-Ataba al-Husseiniya in terms of dredge works, maintaining water stations and street lights. Noting that, Baghdad Municipality have collected large amounts of potable water to be sent during this week to Basra in order to overcome the current crisis. Around 52 potable water vans and 45 tanks of 1600 Litre as well as few water TDS devices to measure the Chlorine in the water.
