The Saudi Ministry of Health announced on Thursday, the success of Hajj season for the current year, while noting that no infection with Corona virus was recorded.
The Saudi Minister of Health, Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, said in a press statement that "the Hajj health plan for this year succeeded without recording any infection with the Corona virus or other diseases.
Al-Rabiah added that "limiting the number of pilgrims to only 60,000 persons contributed to its success," pointing out that the ministry has developed qualified and trained health cadres to serve the pilgrims
The minister also pointed out that the Ministry of Health is prepared in the best way to serve the pilgrims through an integrated system of health facilities in the holy sites, based on the leadership's keenness to preserve the health and safety of pilgrims.
