Masoum and al-Maliki discuss forming the biggest bloc

    INA - Baghdad Iraqi President Fouad Masoum and the Secretary Nori al-Maliki discussed the updates regarding the formation of the biggest bloc that will decide the formation of the new government. Both asserted that the Parliament must be held on time in terms of the constitution and as a sign of respect to the voters to rehabilitate the state and improve services.
