Minister of Culture and his Italian counterpart agree to cooperate on four files

Today, Friday, the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Hassan Nazim, agreed with the Italian Minister of Culture, Dario Franceschini, to cooperate in the fields of fashion, cinema, theater and the recovery of antiquities. 

Nazim discussed with his Italian counterpart the topic of exchanging experiences on antiquities smuggling, and obtaining study opportunities for ministry employees in Italy. He added that the two sides also discussed the idea of holding an Iraqi cultural week in Italy, and an Italian cultural week in Iraq, noting that "it was agreed to cooperate in the fields of fashion, cinema, theater and the recovery of antiquities. For his part, the Italian minister promised to "provide fellowships and training opportunities for employees of the Ministry of Culture in many fields, the most important of which is archaeology.
