Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein arrived in Luxembourg today, Sunday, at the invitation of the foreign ministers of the European Union, during which he discussed sending a technical team to Iraq to discuss issues of election observation.
And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Hussein arrived today, in Luxembourg, at the invitation of the foreign ministers of the European Union countries."
The ministry indicated that "the visit is to discuss sending a technical team to Iraq to discuss issues of monitoring the elections to be held next October, and to provide the appropriate conditions to ensure that its results are the true expression of the will of the Iraqi people."
