Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi called for providing the encouraging environment to attract the Iraqi talents to return from countries of asylum.
Al-Halbousi tweeted on Sunday: on the occasion of World Refugee Day, we renewed our urgent call for the adoption of a realistic program by state institutions, and behind them all the national forces in order to attract the Iraqi talents from the countries of asylum, stressing on the need to provide an appropriate environment for the voluntary return of Iraqi citizens who have been forced by difficult circumstances to leave their homeland.
